One Child, One Button

Empowering Students, Promoting Sustainability

Every student is unique, and every button should be too. Graph Glyph designs 3D-printed buttons from eco-friendly, recycled materials, giving each child a personal item they can use for uniforms, classroom activities, rewards, or events.

Through our “One Child, One Button” project, we are donating buttons to schools across London, helping children develop a sense of identity while teaching the importance of sustainability and responsible resource use. Each button is lightweight, safe, and fully recyclable, combining creativity with environmental care.

Our goal is not just to provide buttons, but to build a long-term initiative that connects students, schools, and communities with sustainable innovation.

For parents who wish to order extra buttons, we offer the same high-quality pieces at cost price.
All proceeds are reinvested directly into the project, allowing us to expand our work across more schools in London and, soon, across the UK.

If you’re a school interested in joining the project, we’d be happy to share samples, information and next steps.

1- Design

Industrial design principles, child-friendly visuals, and fully customisable artwork.

Every project begins with a minimal and thoughtful design created using industrial design principles. We focus on clarity, usability, and visual consistency so the final product is easy for children and teachers to work with. While we use a clean, modern style as our base, we can customise the design to match each school’s needs, themes, or branding.
All visuals are prepared with professional design workflows to make sure they’re ready for efficient production and scalable manufacturing.

2- Print

Full production powered entirely by 3D-printing technology.

After the design is finalised, every part of the product is manufactured using high-precision 3D-printing. This workflow gives us exact shapes, consistent quality, and durable results that are difficult to achieve with traditional methods.
Our process is built for scalability: optimised print layouts, stable layer construction, and repeatable production cycles let us create large batches with minimal waste.

We also prioritise eco-friendly materials, using biodegradable or recyclable filaments whenever possible. This reduces environmental impact and supports a cleaner, more sustainable approach to making everyday school products.

3- Package

Organised, consistent, and environmentally conscious packaging.

All items are sorted, counted, and packaged with the same level of precision used in product-based workflows. Each pack is labelled clearly, assembled with minimal-waste materials, and prepared so schools can use them immediately without additional work.
The packaging approach is built to be scalable and replicable for multiple schools.

4- Deliver to Schools

Reliable distribution designed for real-world impact.

We ship directly to schools with a streamlined logistics process that makes the project easy for educators to adopt. Everything arrives ready-to-use, organised, and of consistently high quality.
The goal is to provide a simple yet meaningful experience for students, demonstrating how design, technology, and sustainability can work together in an accessible manner.
